Getting Ready: The Hospitality Suite

Kelly began her morning in The Cavalier’s luxurious Hospitality Suite, sipping champagne in a gorgeous clawfoot soaking tub surrounded by marble walls — the ultimate bridal moment. Meanwhile, Bryson got ready in his own hotel suite, where he opened Kelly’s heartfelt wedding morning gift: a stunning monogrammed crystal decanter. The couple exchanged gifts and notes before the ceremony, soaking in every precious moment with their closest friends.

First Looks: Dad & Bryson

Before the ceremony, Kelly shared a deeply emotional first look with her dad inside The Cavalier’s Great Lawn Loggia — his reaction said it all. Then came the moment Bryson had been waiting for. As Kelly stepped through the French doors, his face lit up with pure joy and love.

Portraits & Pups

No Cavalier Hotel wedding would be complete without the whole family — including the four-legged members! Kelly and Bryson’s two adorable dogs, dressed in matching bow ties, joined the couple for portraits inside the Loggia. The full wedding party, bridesmaids in shades of dusty and navy blue carrying vibrant colorful bouquets, gathered outside the elegant loggia for stunning group portraits.

Ceremony in the Sunken Garden

Kelly and Bryson exchanged their vows in The Cavalier’s iconic Sunken Garden, one of the most enchanting ceremony spaces in all of Virginia Beach. Lush greenery and vibrant blooms in shades of pink, blue, and peach set the scene, with a stunning floral arrangement in a classic white urn welcoming guests as they arrived. A gold-framed welcome mirror reflected the hotel’s magnificent brick facade — a perfect introduction to the magic ahead.

Cocktail Hour at the Great Lawn Loggia

Guests celebrated at the Great Lawn Loggia as the golden hour light washed over The Cavalier’s iconic facade — including that unforgettable dip kiss in front of the CAVALIER hedge.

Exit in Style

While guests were transitioning to the ballroom, I snuck out to capture the Bentley waiting patiently in the daylight — dressed in fresh florals and ribbon, ready to carry Kelly and Bryson off into their happily ever after.

The evening ended in pure elegance inside The Cavalier’s Crystal Ballroom, where Kelly and Bryson danced the night away surrounded by everyone they love.
