I was so excited to photograph my first Provo City Center Temple Wedding. I have photographed many temple weddings and I love seeing how each temple is unique. As I walked around temple grounds, I was in awe of the landscaping and gorgeous architecture that makes up the Provo City Center Temple.
Are you ready to see the most incredible flowers and landscaping? The architectural landscape artists who keep this property groomed do an AMAZING job! I couldn’t believe the variety of flowers that I photographed this day. I’m only sharing a few, but you should get the idea of how beautiful they were. Almost as beautiful as Eric and McKayla seeing each other for the first time 🙂
After the first 30 minutes of taking photos the most beautiful blue sky started to appear. It remained that way for the rest of the morning! Isn’t this temple beautiful? If you don’t know the history of it, you should read it. They have a full webpage dedicated to its history HERE. It really is fascinating!
A large group of family waited outside for Eric and McKayla to exit after their sealing. Afterwards, we headed over to the side of the temple for some family pictures. The temple grounds can get very crowded any day for weddings (especially Saturdays!) All I need is a nice backdrop and some good light and we are good! You would never know that hundreds of people with large bridal parties were surrounding us during pictures!
A little heel click to celebrate being married! haha! They were excited to head over to their unique outdoor BBQ reception!
