A Perfect Setting for an Engagement Session

First Landing State Park is the perfect setting for a summer engagement photography session. It has lavish green trees, tall grasses, hidden paths and private beaches! Caitlin and Sean love the outdoors so this location was perfect for them! When we first arrived we started on some trails! I loved Caitlin’s dress!

How They Met:

When Caitlin first moved to Virginia Beach she was roommates and best friends with Sean’s cousin. In the words of Caitlin, “One day I was in my pajamas, no make up, looking super rough when she told me her cousin was going to come over and check out the apartment. He walked in and I immediately was like, oh my gosh… I hate you, you didn’t tell me your cousin was cute!” After that, Sean got Caitlin’s number and asked her out on a date to Blue Seafood & Spirits, and that was that! Caitlin recalls trying on 20+ outfits before nervously walking out the door. Before leaving, her roommate/Sean’s cousin said “If he’s taking you to Blue, you guys are going to get married.”

And here they are now! 🙂

What’s Next?

I am so excited for Caitlin and Sean’s wedding. They are getting married at the Norfolk Botanical Gardens and will be surrounded by a A-List Team of Vendors! They are such a fun and laid back couple. From all of our emails and meetings I know it is going to be beautiful. They have such supportive friends and family, so I know that they will have the most perfect day!
