Laura and Matthew chose the charming Obici House to host their intimate brunch wedding!
Laura chose shades of lavender and purple for her details. I loved the simplistic details and pops of color!
There weren’t many dry eyes in the house this day. From getting ready, to the first look with dad and letter readings, there wasn’t a handkerchief unused!
Laura and Matthew exchanged heart felt letters before they said “I Do!” As you can see, Laura was very emotional! The love they share is palpable!
It was a hot and humid day in Virginia! The forecast had called for rain all day, but we were fortunate that we enjoyed some beautiful portrait time outside on the grounds of the Obici House. We may have been limited because of rain puddles, but I’d say we created some magic!
If you’ve ever been to Virginia you know just how humid it can be (especially when rain is looming). Luckily, Laura and Matthew choice the upstairs at the Obici House for their ceremony. It provided a cool space for guests to witness the joining of these two amazing people!
Don’t they look like royalty? I love the regal decor at the Obici House! There are plenty of windows that allow for beautiful indoor portraits when weather is less than favorable.
If you’re noticing….there have been several amazing drone photos! All were taken by my husband, Justin (Gibby Visuals). He filmed the wedding and lived streamed it while I photographed it!
Laura’s sweet mother handmade ribbon wands with jingle bells on them for the exit! They were so perfect!
