This University of Richmond Engagement Session was so sweet. In some of our wedding packages, Gibby Visuals, and I team up for engagement sessions as well. We planned to meet M + S at their alma mater–The University of Richmond. With them living out of town along with overcast skies & rain forecasted, we still […]
A Summer wedding at the Cavalier Hotel is perfect in every way! The beauty of the historic building, paired with ocean views and top notch service can’t be beat! The Historic Cavalier Hotel & Beach Club has become our home away from home and I’m perfectly fine with that! I love seeing this gem of […]
A Cavalier Hotel Summer Engagement Session never disappoints! Everything is green, flowers are blooming and the sun is usually shining. While it was a tad bit overcast this day, it sure did make the colors pop and gave us an epic sunset up in the bell tower (don’t miss that at the bottom of the […]

Even though the skIes were cloudy and the landscape was bare, Hailee and Justin’s Washington DC Temple winter wedding showcased bold pops of color! I loved the mix of teal and orange and gold that really brought the photos to life! I feel like it really complimented the white marble and gold spires of the temple!
Kim and Stuart’s Washington D.C. LDS Temple post was so full of gorgeousness that I knew their reception would need its own space on my blog. Temple Wedding Fact: There are 155+ operating temples for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints throughout the world. Some regions have many within a short distance, while other areas require members to travel long distances to attend. The state of Virginia does not have a temple, so when members of the church are looking to get married (or sealed as they call it) they travel to The Washington D.C Temple in Kensington, MD. It is 3.5-4 hour drive from Virginia Beach depending on traffic. Once it even took me 8 hours to get home because I-95 was a parking lot–yikes!
