Martha and Joey are the sweetest couple ever!  They live all the way out in Bristol, VA.  And the fun thing about Bristol is that it splits the states of Virginia and Tennessee.  There is a sign that crosses State Street that shows the dividing line. How cool is that!?  It was pretty much like A Walk to Remember when Landon crosses off one of Jamie’s bucket list items off by standing in two places at once.  WATCH THAT CLIP HERE.  If only there wasn’t traffic and we were really able to do that. haha!  
We (Justin and I) filmed one of Martha’s best friend’s Chrysler Museum wedding last year and we connected through that!  (Hi Lauren!)    Bristol is a long way from Virginia Beach, but we just so happened to have a Family Reunion in the western part of Virginia that allowed us to shoot in a new location!  We loved our time in Bristol!  Martha and Joey showed us around their cozy little town and took us to South Holston Dam which was an incredible view to end the session with! I love it when things just WORK OUT!  Justin and I can’t wait to photograph and film their wedding this fall at Gaie Lea in Staunton, VA!
