We’ve been waiting all year for Martha and Joey’s fall wedding at the beautiful Gaie Lea in Staunton, VA.  I say  “we” because I was photographing their wedding while my husband, Justin of Gibby Visuals, was filming it.  We LOVE working together!  It’s like an all-day date 😉  As parents of two young children its rare that we get to spend the entire day together!  We will take it any way we can get it!    
Ever since Martha and Joey’s ENGAGEMENT SESSION we just knew that they would be so much fun on their wedding day.   They had a huge bridal party with 8 on each side (16 people!).  They shared their vows (and literally tied the knot) underneath the most beautiful tree overlooking the picturesque Blue Ridge Mountains.  The weather was perfect and the golden sunshine gave us the most amazing glowing portraits before it was time to head to the reception.      
The reception did not disappoint!  We were entertained by The Dundies, a live coverband, that blew everyone away.  Their energy kept the party going all night long!  You need to check them out!  The dance floor was never empty and you could tell their guests had the best time.  It was really hard to choose a few images from their day.  But I did my best!  Be sure to check out the list of amazing vendors at the bottom of this post 🙂
