This was my first time photographing at the Columbia South Carolina Temple! In June I had the privilege of shooting Cailey and Ryan’s wedding at this quaint and beautiful temple in Hopkins, SC. This HOT summer wedding was my first temple wedding in South Carolina, and I loved how different the grounds were compared to the other temples I’ve been to. It has a small and intimate feeling and it definitely isn’t as crowded as some of the larger temples.
Since the DC Temple has closed, I have been booking many weddings at the Columbia South Carolina Temple as well as Philadelphia Temple– and I love it! I travel to any temple, so contact me if you are looking for someone who specializes in temple weddings.
I feel so fortunate to get to work with such amazing, sweet and beautiful couples. Cailey and Ryan were the winners of my first Ultimate Temple Wedding Giveaway! I received many applications for this giveaway, but when I read their story my heart just knew they deserved it. From Cailey’s bubbly personality to Ryan’s calm and steady nature, I just couldn’t help but fall in love with them!
Surprise! Cailey’s mother and father coordinated the sweetest luncheon to celebrate their temple sealing. Cailey was just expecting a casual lunch, but her family decorated and made it so special for the two of them. The family packed their cars with decor and made the road trip all the way from Virginia to make this special for Cailey and Ryan! From twinkling lights to individual bundt cakes from Nothing Bundt Cakes, it was a major success The Liberty Tap Room & Grill, in downtown Columbia, has the most delicious food. It was a perfect place for an intimate luncheon for this family celebration!
