Every season at the Washington DC Temple brings new surprises!  Andy and Julie’s “Black Friday” wedding, in November, boasted rich colored leaves that made for some pretty amazing photos!  When we met at their engagement session we had the chance to talk about all the details for their wedding day.   We decided that doing their portraits before their sealing would be the best option since they were having a family luncheon immediately following family portraits.  I’m so glad we did!  The newly installed Christmas lights were twinkling in the background during their first look and we had the temple grounds all to ourselves.  It was perfect!  We had some humorous moments where Julie’s veil kept falling out but they were troopers and did amazing! It was a pretty chilly, but the day was full of laughter and fun!  After family portraits I took a few pictures during their ring ceremony.  I enjoyed celebrating with them so much!  I love my job!
